Problem
Consumers are unaware of what happens in the egg supply chain, and the margins are not distributed fairly because there is a lack of transparency. Therefore, sustainable and unique poultry farm concepts are less visible and hard to understand and find for the consumer.
Ambition
100% of the eggs sold in the Netherlands in 2030 are transparent supply chains, which means transparent in production and margins.
Plan
1. To develop a transparent supply chain (improved margin distribution and production in the chain) for Smoked Eggs which results in an increase of a 100% turn over.
2. Another egg brand stakeholder is committed to set up a second transparent supply chain.
